    Service Dept. needs improvement. I have purchased vehicles at All Star since they opened their doors. I have bought 2 new vehicles there since Mr. Jack sold the dealership. Service has always been a huge part of my reason for my loyalty . Service Dept. needs improvement !

    Asked cashier exactly what problem was found and fixed. She could only read what was on receipt but then asked advisor what was done. I did request a copy of receipt but the details was not listed. Service advisor stated the fuel pump module was replaced; this was not anywhere on receipt. I can only accept her word on this service. For future reference, I have no proof the fuel pump module was actually performed. I feel this should be listed on receipt
