All star gmc is the best. I had not considered buying a gmc acadia bit my son had bought a gmc Yukon 6 months previously and told me to just check out the dealership. I was a toyota fan through and through. But I took his advice because the new toyota didn't drive as well as my 18 year old one did. The moment I saw the gmc acadia I fell in love. However the more I thought about it i knew the light interior wouldn't work for my family. So I waited to make a decision. Two weeks later they had the exact vehicle come in with a dark interior so they called me. I went in and immediately fell in love with. Alex and Jordan worked with us. They were great. I never felt any pressure. They listened to my needs and pointed out both positives and other things to consider before I made my choice. I'm so happy my son mentioned all star gmc otherwise I'd probably still be looking. Everyone was great and smooth from the sale, financing, and showing me the particulars to setting up the home screen. They are the best.

I ordered my 2026 Buick Enclave Avenir through the Buick website. All star Buick got the information and we set up getting the vehicle ordered. I was very clear that I wanted to stay within the options I picked for MY vehicle. When the vehicle was on it's way to the dealership I was sent a text that told me the super cruise package had been added on by the factory. When it came time to sit down and talk numbers I was told the package had to be added to get the vehicle built. While the vehicle was in transit to the dealership I made a few calls and had some face to face conversations with managers from other dealerships. That super cruise package was absolutely added by All star Buick. The manufacturer is not going to force an option on a buyer. This was the most disrespectful step the dealership took. I had a budget I was sticking to. Just because I had a larger than normal down payment, I felt, that the dealership saw that as someone whom has plenty of money to throw around. When my husband and I arrived at the dealership we questioned the add on and were told "it had to be done to get the vehicle ordered" and that lots of clients pay full sticker with no problem. It felt as though we had to fight tooth and nail to get the vehicle price back to where it should've been when I ordered it. At the end of the day the price ended up where it needed to be, but it took 6 tries to get it there. Normally I go to Texas to purchase vehicles because Louisiana dealerships make it so hard to get the numbers where they need to be. I stuck with All star because that's where Buick sent my order. Thank goodness I do my due diligence before agreeing to anything, and I paid very close attention to every single number in the process. Had I of been a person of lesser understanding and intelligence I would have unnecessarily paid way for my vehicle. I get that the sales and finance team were doing their job trying to make money for the dealership, but when the client feels like the team is constantly trying to bend them over and take advantage...that incited an internal rage. I did not feel like my best interest was considered during that process. I will continue to be professional and polite during service visits, but I was not comfortable with hard I had to fight for my bank account while finishing the process.
